Pokerstars Invalid/crashes at start

hey i had tn2 for a while but wasnt using it. after starting it it said that both my pokerstars versions, EU & FR are invalid. i had all the settings right, correct theme, everything i found on the forums concerning the topic. i then updated my tn2 to the latest version and when i try to start it, it simply crashes and gives me the following problem:

Please do the following

Go to C\users\yourname\appdata\roaming\tableninjav2
Move the following file to your desktop Keys_user.txt or it might just be called Keys_user
Now delete the following folder tableninjav2 from C\users\yourname\appdata\roaming
Then go to C:\Program Files (x86) and delete the following file PASG

Uninstall TN2 from your start > control panel

Now re-install using the following file http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...ate2.2.256.msi

If the problem persists Please reproduce issue, then go to TableNinja 2 > Help > Contact Support and click the "Send logs to TableNinja" button. Then send a copy of that ZIP file to support@tableninja.com to check it over for errors.
Also please send a screenshot of your desktop with a table and your HUD displayed. See instructions Home - Browser Automation, Data Extraction and Web Testing Software | iMacros Please send the screenshot even if you don't have a HUD or custom table theme.

Please also briefly describe what is happening in the email.
