pacific poker HU error

im getting Hu error when a player sits down but doesnt post his bliind.The hand is imported into HM.22012 divided by error:division by zero.only way to get HM to work is delete the hand from the files or else my HM wont updates stats.When the hand is imported, it is a empty HH file, but acts like i played a blind as it counts toward hands played total.

this hand is not actually played. but somehow it said i won $1?And its gets imported into HM making my HM getting nonstop error unless i delete the file.

Please zip and mail the original handhistory files (you find them in the HM archive folder or in the handhistory folder of your poker client) together with a link to this thread and an explanation of the problem to support@holdemmanager.net. We will then try to reproduce the problem.

bump when is this gonna be fixed? i send the HH months ago. its very annoying everytime someone sits out HU i have to go and manually delete the HH in order to use HEM at all!

Responsing to the email i got from support. I know its not only my computer as i have this problem constantly on all 3 of my computers. 1desktop and 2 laptop. Xp and win 7 included

I created a new database and imported im still getting this error.

PS - i have attached HH from today. so these should be fresh.

I have imported the hands you sent and I have not been able to reproduce this problem. The hands where your opponents sits out import with no problem with the correct winnings shown for them in HM ($0.00). I refreshed the reports and can view these hands in the replayer without any issues. Please see attached. Please install the latest version: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe to see if this fixes your problem. If not then try the following;

Set your Windows Regional and Language Settings to English (US). This is necessary for Holdem Manager and PostgreSQL to properly import and parse the hands. You can keep your windows language in the native language but the formatting must be English. Your poker clients and hand history files must be in English also.

Go to the Control Panel and open the Regional and Language Options and select English (USA) as the "Current Format". This just tells Windows to use the . as a decimal separator when it parses numbers, and other date/time/currency formatting.

Restart your PC.

Try creating a new UTF Database - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...elete+Database

Now import a small portion of your \HMArchive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...6+Export+Hands

If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.

Export any tourney summaries by selecting all your tournaments in the Data View Sub-Tab of the Tourney > Results Menu and choose Export Tourney Results and summaries

Finally reimport all your hands/notes/summaries into the new database and delete the old one.

i have one hand from today where my opponent sits out. This is the hand that screws up my database for the day. ONLY way to fix this is delete the specific hh file .here is screenshot of the HH that screws it up. Database will be fine after in the REPORT tab IF i right click and press delete select hands,or else i cant see new updates results for the day.

Ok i found the problem.its the custom rakeback stats thats causing the problem.....
