table scanner 2 doesn't detect pokerstars lobby
when i use local scan and press start scan i get the message "pokerstars: could not detect pokerstars lobby"
when i use insta scan and i press the "open table" button from table scanner nothing happens
i am using pokerstars. eu and i run as administator.
how can i fix it?
Can you post a screenshot of your PokerStars lobby?
It should look like:

Insta-Scan: can only open tables / seat me / join waiting list, if those buttons are visible, and the lobby has its default size.
Local-Scan: it likely can't find your lobby, because the lobby doesn't have its default Window size.
..or you've changed the default columns settings and order,
..the "view" must be set to show all tables (not group tables)
..also you must place your Windows task bar at the default location (at the bottom of your screen, and not place it vertically to the side)
