2.0.0.8709 version won't display HUD on purpose

    Default 2.0.0.8709 version won't display HUD on purpose

    A picture is attached

    I just downloaded the last version offered by HM when I opened it - 2.0.0.8709, and suddenly I get a message, see the attached file, that my license could not be validate so the HUD want be display

    What should I do?
    At the previous versions there were no problems

    Please try using our site to reset your license - https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/login.php


    If you are unable to start HM2 to enter the code:

    - C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\ delete the HoldemManager.hml file.
    - If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
    - Start HM2 and try the steps above again.


    If none of the above helps:

    1. In C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Ho ldemManager.config, set the LoggingOptions value in the "General"section to 49216. It should look like this:
    <Key Name="LoggingOptions"Value="49216"/>

    3. Save HoldemManager.config.
    4. Open HM2 and reproduce the problem.

    I did everything you said. Nothing works.

    The difference is that now, I can't enter HM at all cause it asks me for the license key and after I enter it, it reply that the license server could not be contacted.

    During all that time, I'm logged in to my account in https://www.holdemmanager.com/store/myAccount.php
    And I saw, before taking the actions you suggested that HM have the same license that is in there

    The "General" section in the congif file didn't have any <Key Name="... But I inserted what you said it the first row. Again, didn't work.

    Can you just give a link to an older HM2 version so I will try to install it instead and see if things will be fine. And please assure me that my database won't be deleted, or tell me what to do in order for it not to be deleted

    Reinstalling will not solve this problem. We need you to send us the log file as requested via email so we can help you solve this.


    Make sure windows is fully updated until 'No New Important Updates are Found' (this may require multiple restarts and multiple 'check for updates'), including Internet Explorer 9 (even if you use a different web browser).

    1) Open your Internet Explorer and go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Connections and click on "LAN-Settings" at the bottom.
    2) Uncheck every box in the small new menu and click ok.
    3) Try to register HM again.

    If that doesn't work try to enable the [x] Auto-Detect option and try again.


    If neither of those options worked, try the following steps for FireFox:

    1) Open your Firefox > Options >Advanced > Network > Connection: Settings
    2) Try [x] No Proxy.
    3) Try to register HM again.
    4) If that still fails try using [x] Auto-detect proxy
    5) Try to register HM again.


    If the above steps don't solve the problems you must email us the log file as previously requested so we can help you.
