Since yesterday my HUD for ZOOM isn't working. Normal tables at Stars are still working fine. As I recall I think there was a pokerstars update yesterday. Not sure if this is the problem? Anyone else having the same problem?

I am not aware of any reports of problems.

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager and your prefs.xml file from the \Config folder.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
I am having exactly the same issue. Was the issue with this resolved?
I am having the same issues with rush poker, I only installed the latest beta update today prior to that was working fine
My HUD in ftp rush also doesn't work. Hands are normally imported into HM2. Hud in normal cash games is working fine.
Everything worked yesterday and i didn't update HM2 or FTP since then.
Our testers are not having any problems. If anyone is having problems please use the instructions above so we can work with you one on one.
For those with Rush issues instead of Zoom like the OP please use the Rush FAQ instead of the Zoom FAQ I linked to previously.
