Is HM2 installed on the computer? If HM2 is installed then HM Cloud should read all of the available HM2 HUDs from the roaming folder's prefs.xml file.

We can only import HUDs from HM2 if it is installed. You can probably trick it by manually creating the folder path and pasting this prefs.xml file there.

    C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig\prefs.xml

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

If you have custom HUDs on your other computer you want to try importing to cloud then yes. It would probably just be easier to install HM Cloud on the computer where HM2 is installed and import the HUDs. Then you should be able to use them on your other computer in HM Cloud where HM2 is not installed.

For the HM Cloud HUD problems please see this FAQ - Why don't I see the HUD?

I didn't check before I posted that but it seems like there is a problem with HM Cloud right now. I am having the same problems. I will bump this thread once the developers have resolved it.

The HUD client should be working again. Please exit the software from the system tray and restart it if you haven't yet. If you continue to have problems, try the following - Why don't I see the HUD?

HM Cloud has a chair icon for seating preference - Hero / Villian HUD

If you are playing on Zoom tables you need to play a few hands on a non-zoom table and use the chair icon to set your preferred seat. Once it is set correctly on a normal table you should be able to open a zoom table and the same seating preferences will be used. In our next HM Cloud auto-update the chair icon will be added to the zoom HUD so you don't have to set it first on a non-zoom table.
