I don't see any emails in our system from your email account associated with this forum account so I am assuming you sent them from a different email address. We will test the hands and if we can duplicate the problem in HM2 we will address it but it likely won't get tested/fixed before we end support for HM1 at the end of this month.
Have you tried using the HM2 trial to see if this is only an HM1 issue? I do not see any open bugs in HM2 for a similar problem so this may be specific to HM1. If you haven't tested HM2 lately you should be able to download the new build and get a fresh 30 day trial. If you have any problems activating the trial send us an email and we can manually issue a trial extension. The HM1 to HM2 upgrade discounts end at the end of this month.
