Group bug. tabs showing multiple times

ok so I clicked on my note icon today on my HUD, and my groups tabs are completely messed up. They're showing everything (PF F T R) multiple times:

I have no idea what caused this or how to fix it. When i go to the group settings each one is only listed once.

I recently added caddyscatter to my hud, not sure if that has anything to do with this, but I only noticed the error after adding that.

also, apparently it seems like there's only 1 or 2 notes showing under each tab, so like all of them are showing different notes?

fwiw, i deleted all my note definitions and re-downloaded the default ones and it fixed it. obviously that's not an optimal solution though as i had a few custom ones that i had to re-do and change a bunch of settings to the way i had it
