It sounds like it is something specific to your HUD config/settings.

Please email us the exported hud.xml file.

HUD attached as for some reason it won't email

The HUD then resets back to zero hands, unless I click sessions stats, they then come back and vanish after the next hand import

This is after a reset

Also for some players I have 100's of hands but they now also don't show.

For someone who is supposed to be a hem wizard, I cannot fathom this one out

what is odd, is that for some players the hud is correct

Set overhang to 0.

What is your antivirus and firewall?

Did you send us a log file? If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

Will test again today Overhang is now 0 but still happens

Windows Firewall and MSE only

OK I sent the log, uninstalled hem and reinstalled, created a new DB, yet still not working (I could send today's log if needed)

There must be an easy fix to show ALL the villains hands as it is still miles out

I have it set to last 3 months, However even if I changed it to 12 months, nothing alters

Help.....
