    Default HUD problems on FT rush

    Dear Sir,

    I have had annoying hud problems on FT while playing rush MTT. For some reason hud stops working - it freezes or just disappears. After restarting HM or database for several times it starts working again.

    Please note that the rush cash, rush s&g and some rush MTT are working fine without this problem. Non rush MTT are working fine as well.

    I have have tried to adjust site options, optimizing database etc. Please advise.

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Please update to the latest beta - http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloads/HmUpdate.exe

    For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.


    Turn off OCR and live tracking for Full Tilt. (hud options--> site options)
    Set your Full Tilt lobby language to English.
    Participate in the Beta release of the newest Hold'em Manager version: HM Cloud. Sign-up HERE.

    Thanks for the answer.

    I have Win7 operating system, turning firewall on/off did not solve the issue. I have no ant-virus program installed. I have the latest version of HM 1.11.06a.

    I also checked that dbcontrolpanel.exe, holdemmanager.exe and hmhud.exe are run as administrator. FT lobby language is english. OCR and live tracking for Full Tilt are turned off but still having the problem.

    Do you have any additional suggestions?

    Which SQL version are you using?
    Update to 8.4.7 from PostgreSQL: The world's most advanced open source database and try creating a new empty database. (reimporting your original hand histories)
