I know this is a pain in the ass, BUT it is a very rare occurrence, they guys at HM2 always get it fixed as soon as they can and whenever I have had an issue they have been polite, informative and speedy with their replies, despite it more often than not being my inadequacies with the software as opposed to a real problem. Let them get on with fixing it rather than badgering them relentlessly. any time they spend answering us, is time away from the problem.

Actually error message seems like it is asking serial number in different format than what's currently used used. That could be reason for it not working (maybe someone accidentally messed up that when updating servers).
