There is very little chance that them as a company will improve the way they handle this situation, and also it will be very unlikely that they will improve on fixing problems like this in the future faster. They obviously know about this problem for a long time already, and thusfar have been unable to resolve it, them not being vocal towards the community is basically a decision, and the time it takes and the decisions made show a great deal of incompetence in their management. So if you think this is unacceptable you should definately consider switching to PT4, if you think their product is somewhat good as well, it is all just a decision.
Chances of managerial improvement are very slim, this type of bad communication towards their customers shows a real high level of incompetence, so do not expect it. Most likely the company is a bunch of programmers with shitty middle management, and probably a dude or some dudes at the top who are competent but not super actively involved in troubleshooting.

A good way to bring the user count up though.
Solved. Someone in another forum said to reboot router (donīt know what it has to do with the issue). I only repaired my internet connection, and now is working.
It has nothing to do with your router. They fixed it.
It was not the router reset, the issue just seems resolved
