i cant import a new hud

i did try to import a new hud. when i do this, holdemmanager says: loading failed. How can i fix this problem?

Please attach the file you are trying to import to the thread.

this is the file it is about. I m pretty sure there is nothing wrong with the file, because i did manage to import it on another holdem manager 1.

You'll need to add these files to the steps in this FAQ:
- holdemmanager.exe
- hmimport.exe, hmhud.exe

The steps are the same, as it is for Windows, rather than HM.

I m sorry, the problem I have is on holdem manager 1

The link he gave to update was for HM1. The faq link was for HM2 but it was just as a guide on what to do for the HM1 files he mentioned between the links as we do not have that same FAQ in our HM1 faq system.

This HUD file imported fine for me in HM1 using the HUD Options > Player Preferences > Import button.
