Getting new computer. How to upload NC license to HM2 website in order to install

I'm getting a new computer in a couple weeks. I think I can get HM2 installed and registered on new computer through the HM2 license website, but I don't see where to upload a NC license. Honestly I don't remember if it even had one so how do I move NC to new computer and how do you move the definitions? Thanks.
