Played yesterday on 888 (UK) for the first time with this new release.

3 of 4 tables were fine, but the 4th table stated something along the lines of "Snap not supported" and did not open a HUD although it was recognising the table.

I tried the table manager but it did not work.

These were all regular speed, 6 max, 50NL tables

Had you played any snap tables earlier in the day since you had opened the poker client? This issue should have been resolved in v8004+.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing. Email this file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.

    Thanks for the response.

I hadn't played any SNAP before that day, or since updating to the latest release.

Fwiw, I then played Zoom on Stars this morning, 25nl 6 max, and the HUD froze after the first hand.

I've rolled back to release 7995 instead which works for me fine

Can you try to find the log file from that session and send it to us? I think HM2 is still saving the last 10 log files by default so you should still have it if you haven't restarted HM2 10 times since that session. If this is a problem that needs to be addressed before our next release we will need to see a log file otherwise you might end up with the same issue next time you update to our next release. The log files will be date/time stamped like in the picture below. Zip them all and send them to us as explained in this FAQ - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F

After updating to this version, i'm losing my marked hands every time i restart hm2.

Atleast the hands I mark via the hotkeys-feature.
