Manually adding badges?

Hi, is it possible to manually add badges to a player?

I would like to have a badge that only could be added manually (not created automatically) to any player I could choose.

Could you create an outlandish definition and false hand history involving the player(s) to be given the badge? Perhaps involving a massive pot or something equally unlikely to occur in normal play and easy to script? If this messes with your winnings I guess you would want to pair the made up hh with the reverse scenario to level things up?
