Default Error Message after upgrading to Windows 7

    Hi

I upgraded my operating system from Vista (64 bit version) to Windows 7.

When I try to run Holdem Manager, I get the following eror message -

Error creating stat Ranges xml.file: Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG\Software\Holdem Manager\Stat Ranges.xml' is denied.

I have reloaded the latest version of Holdem Manager but this didn't help.

    Please advise

Under Vista and Windows 7 make sure that holdemmanager.exe, hmhud.exe and dbcontrolpanel.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager installation directory. Right click the holdemmanager.exe, dbcontrolpanel.exe and the hmhud.exe executable and select "Run as admin" from the popup menu under compatibility tab.

I am having the same problem as here. I have UAC disabled and all 3 running as administrator. I am not running in the administrator account, but this hasn't been a problem before. Running windows 7

Right-click on the HoldemManager folder--> properties--> turn off the "read only" attribute--> apply--> apply changes to this folder, all subfolders and files--> OK

Or create a NEW account that has administrator privileges.
