No HUD on rush since FTP update 25 feb 2014

Hi,

As the title says: I dont have a HUD anymore on rush on FTP. This is since the latest FTP update yesterday. Normal tables do work. I'm running the latest HEM2 (v2.0.0.7995). I have not installed any other new software, nor changed any settings.

Anyone else experiencing this? Any known workarounds?

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.


If you can not see the 'Waiting for hands...' HUD please try using the Table Finder and then you should be able to use the 'Report a HUD Problem' menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...+not+appear572

You can sometimes use that Table Finder tool to attach the HUD to tournaments that don't show the HUD automatically while we work on a fix based on the information sent in your hud error report. If so, you will need to use the Table Finder each time you get moved to a new table.

Thx for the tips. First thing i did was restarting both FTP and HEM2, i tend to never close HEM2 when i put my computer in sleep mode. Then i started up the table finder, and i got my hud back instantly. Unsure yet if thats thanks to the tablefinder being open or the restart though, will test this later when i have the time and will let you know if i continue to have any problems.

It could be because something didn't come back from sleep. I never use Sleep, and never shut down anything unless I have to. So I'm not sure what all will happen with the sleep.
