need hh database from cloud without corrupted nce defs.

I run HEM2 and notecaddy edge, and use the cloud for backing up my hhs. A year and a half ago I started having problems with nce freezing up my computer. If I reinstall hem2 and dont sync, everything runs perfect. When I sync to my old database, though, it freezes up any machine im working on and the hem2 has to then be reinstalled.
The old database is like 500 batches, and I really want those hand histories.
Is there a way for support to get me my hh database from cloud, but without the corrupted nce definitions?

The definitions are not synced.

Create a new cloud database and resync both computers to it.
