TN 1 stopped working
Hi, 2 days ago while playing a session my bet/call/check/fold buttons stopped working. I could still use some commands, but only a few. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and put in the old config files but it's still not working. I recently had to do that for pokerstars as a file had been corrupted. What should I do?
Make sure tableninja.exe is set to "run as admin".
And do the same for
PokerStars.exe
PokerStarsUpdate.exe
Hi, I did that last night. Today TN started out fine in the morning, but 3-4 hours into my session started getting slow. After 5-6 hours certain commands were extremely slow, and some were unresponsive.
1) "After 5-6 hours"...
Why not to restart TN sometimes?
2) I did Teamviewer session with customer: reinstalling TN1 helped.

I haven't tried restarting TN mid-session before, but I'll try that tomorrow. I reinstalled it a few days ago but saved and replaced the config files, I guess I could try it again and manually enter in the hotkeys.
Ok, I reinstalled again, and tried restarting it several times but neither helped at all. I got a few "Unhandled exception has occured in your application" error messages too. I saved the text from one of them. Any other suggestions? Here is part of one of the error messages I received today -

By the time I got these messages TN was already slow/unresponsive, it didnt start to get slower after I got them.
This error message can appear when you have not supported table theme.
Also: do you have "old and current" Stars client (version 6)?
Or you switched to their NEW client 7 ? If yes - revert back to 6.
Client 7 is in beta stage so far, officially is not launched yet.
