When I select only show hud on active table, the huds of players already eliminated from the tournament remain, making the situation at heads up totally hopeless.
Any ideas on why this happens?

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.
if not, open Site setup and make the adjustment.
The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.
So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.
If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.
Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.
Please take and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows
For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.
Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

The times match up.
This no longer happens only in "only show hud on active table" mode...
Happens regardless. I said it no longer ONLY happens in that mode. It is not fixed.
Please enable the Settings > Feature Logging > [x] 'HUDStats' option and increase the Max number of log files option to 10 so old logs are saved with date/time stamps.
Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- try to include the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock (right-click the windows clock > adjust date/time > keep the clock with the seconds hand in the video) and poker client lobby clock in the video
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager.
- and your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ger+Support%3F
- If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+
Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.
Still no closer to a solution here. Mailed backwards and forwards with Chris, unistalled postgres, exported huds/deleted prefs, created new DB. No Joy. As well as the annoyance of not being able to make use of my custom HU hud (which should appear automatically when we get HU but HM2 can't do that...STILL) HM2 helpfully is refusing to accept any of the 6 players have left the table and so all i get stats wise is a bunch of data based on a 6 person table whilst I'm HU.
You can obviously sense my frustration, I try not to berate support as you guys are really good, but I'm at the end of my wits with HM2 being such a screw up, when my ability to make my livelyhood is tied up in it's ability to fuction without a ton of issues.
Please help.
Kind regards,
Colin
Please keep to one channel - it's impossible to go back and forth.
Are you using HUD Filters to filter just to headsup so it doesn't show stats based on 6 players?
Regards udbrky (Chris)
Sorry, and yes I am filtering.
Basically HM2 is not reconising players have been eliminated. The huds are empty because I suspect there is no data on having 0.0 BB in stack depth (tourney filters) and so the hud is blank, but it is present.
It feels like, symptoms:
Hud for eliminated players is present
Data for all remaining payers fails to filter by players remaining
Diagnosis:
HM2 just does not see these players as eliminated.
What could cause this?
