Notecaddy Stats / spark Graph Not showing up

Hi there,

I have a problem with my note caddy.
I started a new database a few weeks ago and reimported old hands. After a while I realized that NC was not showing any stats / spark graphs although note generator showed that notes were recorded.

As I haven't changed any settings I would not know what to look for as it worked perfectly before.
I verified settings but all looked normal. I also tried preloading all player notes but didnt make a difference.

How do I get NC working again?

If you click file->synchronize->export notes to text file, does anything show up in the text file?

I did as you said but where do i find the file?

i repeated the export and now the export file opened automatically.
There are loads of notes in there.

Where are you looking for the notes? Just the yellow note icon? Maybe no definitions are set to show there? Your popups? Maybe no definitions are set to show there. Please elaborate
