    Default Reports & active session won't refresh while playing a session (888poker)

    Hi there,

    When i am playing a session @ 888 poker my reports don't refresh. The HUD is work and everything. But in the session itself the reports and active session won't refresh. I have cleared the filters, applied to all reports and refreshed the whole thing whitout any succes. I've also checked the date range.

    After the session when i shut down HM2 and restart the program, the reports have been refreshed. So that's the sollution for now, but i want it to refresh while i am playing a session.

    Are you using an alias name in the Hero menu? If you pick your 888 screen name instead of the alias name that contains the screen name does it work?

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

    Hi,

    I have the same problem that my HUD is not refreshing, playing on Winamax. It refresh when I restart HM2 but still stats are set to 0 on my character.
    I tried this solution but it doesn't work.

    I was thinking that I recently changed my nickname on Winamax (new update where we can change it all 6 months).
