No HUD after update !!

    Default No HUD after update !!

    I have updated to 2.0.7990 and now the hud has disappeared even on the replayer. I get "Waiting for hands Default HUD 2.0" flashing briefly and then that disappears as well. I have tried opening table finder and dragging the icon on to the table window and I get the message but still no HUD appears. I have also tried changing the database and reinstalling HM2 but nothing seems to make any difference. I only play tournaments so I haven't tried this with cash hands.

    Which site? Pokerstars?

    *Note that we do not support play money hands so you must test/play real money hands when using HM2 - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ay+Money+Hands

    Make sure that poker client is saving hands and HM2 is auto importing them - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...er+Stars+Setup

    Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.

    Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

    I had the same problem ... HUD was not showing at ZOOM & SPEED tables...at regular tables everything was fine.. I followed up ALL priority support`s steps and after STEP 3 (Reinstall PostgreSQL) HUD showed up..

    ok..ut shoul i o this every time now..?? it oesnt work again..

    an hm clou still cant help 100%..still a lot o MAIN stats are missing (raise lop, turn etc..)

    You should not have to reinstall postgresql to solve HUD problems typically. If that is the only thing that solves your HUD problems then it indicates that something is damaging your postgresql installation.

    Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

    Many of those free Norton, Mcaffee, Comodo, Zonealarm, Avira, Avast, AVG, Bitdefender, etc, 'internet security' bundles will not work well with Holdem Manager.

    Please do the following steps, so we can get your computer to a state that we know will work with Holdem Manager:

    1) Uninstall any 3rd party security software bundles.
    2) Reboot your computer
    3)Enable Windows Firewall's recommended settings through your Control Panel, turn off Windows Defender, and add firewall exceptions for HM and SQL - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ender+Problems
    4) Install Microsoft Security Essentials for antivirus/malware protection and update it - Microsoft Security Essentials - Microsoft Windows


    Once that is done try to reinstall postgresql again if you are still having problems.


    In our last Cloud update we nearly doubled the number of available HUD stats from 300 to ~570. We are working on a list of all available stats and their definitions and hope to have a basic FAQ of the available cloud stats in a week or two with plans to improve it later so that we have a dedicated web page that is automatically updated when we add new stats in the future.

    I use Microsoft Security Essentials ... Everything was fine but not any more.. I donyt know why... It doesnt matter a lot because Im trying to use CLOUD only..But I need to make a lot of changes to my HUD cause a lot of basic stats are missing (for ex. Bet river or fold river).. Anyway HM2 is not working..just FYI

    I just replied to your cloud thread about these 2 stats. river bet is working and river fold should be working after our next server update.

    HM Cloud:
