Import difficulties
Dear members of Holdem manager forum-staff,
Yesterday, I purchased Holdem Manager 2. Hud is working, but HEM does not import any hands. I put UAC on its lowest level, Pokerstars puts hand history in the right folder (on the C drive) and at "Site setup" I have the correct pokersite and the right AutoImport folder. What am I missing here? I'm running windows 7 and the anti-virus software should not get in the way. I'm playing Zoom on Pokerstars mostly.
