Icon change for auto rate in new version

Hi,

Just upgraded to 7990. I did a scan and found that a reg player has this icon:

Any thoughts on how to fix this?

These are set in Settings - Auto Rate.

I checked that before posting. This icon is not in the list. Where are they stored?

There must be a rule that uses that icon. Check in the rules for all table sizes.

Went through all the tables and games and sizes. The icons never changed. And never showed this one. I think there is a pointer off somewhere in the dll where the icons are stored. Or something as this icon is showing up for different kinds of auto rate players.

Thoughts? Skype?

Any thoughts on this or is this version just a POS? I expect more out of the support team here. I know y'all are busy but the icons are gone and no info on how to get them back short of downgrading.

This icon is shown if the player has any manually created player notes so you know that you have written notes on him in the past. Anyone with a note will have a blue icon. If you changed the icon yourself that icon will show instead of the blue icon. Priority is: manually assigned icons > blue note icon > auto rate icon

To add to Fozzy's answer, there was an issue with autorate icons not showing in Tablescanner that was already resolved and is currently in internal beta. It will be included in our next release.
