HUD not showing up

Put PS's and HEM2 on laptop. Have on tower for long time and works great. Both are set to save hh's to a dropbox and archive to the dropbox.

I open PS's and HEM2 to play, on the tables, upper left, I get the 'waiting for hands"

No HUD ever comes up.

What do I have set wrong on this laptop?

Table I played on shows up but when I click on the table finder it does not. hem2.png

Following that advise, about deleting the archive folder....where will HEM2 archive hh's then?

think I found a problem but no idea how to fix it.

In my auto detect I get it saving to C:\Users\user\Dropbox\czechraised5

As it is in PS's.....dropbox though it's C:\Jim\Drop box?

Can't get it to find it thru finding it option, won't come up??????? Says it don't exist Yet my tower is set to the same thing and it works ????????

Auto detect can't find custom paths like that. You need to manually add whatever folder your poker client is writing the hands to in the HM2 Site Setup menu.

If you can't see it, turn off the windows option that is hiding that directory. http://faq.holdemmanager.com/questio...es+in+Windows+

hmmmm my tower is in the shop and is set the same way and I didn't do this. ?????

No getting hands when I play, nor can I import hands from Dropbox I know are there and can see them. ?>?>

Do they import when you move them from that folder?

Please create a new database.

1) Click the database name in the bottom right corner (2nd in)

2) Click the green + sign

3) Name it, click ok.

4) Import the hands from c:\hm2archive using the hand importing function on the ribbon, not the import from database in the database manager.

Ok, making a new database worked.

Now, I'm still not sure how this "dropbox" works with the 2 computers.

Should I not have my HEM2 in the dropbox for both to use? Or at least my database? I have my hands from PS's going there and hm2 archived hands as well....or....do I just play on both at different times and they get the hands auto?

You need a database parent folder and a postgres folder. I will pass this along to get some advice on putting them in dropbox, I have never tried.

You can import the hands from there, and move them after playing. Be careful in dropping in folders, as they will overwrite, rather than merge it looks like.
