America's Card Room HH problem

Hello.

Randomly and spontaneously today while playing on ACR, my HH's started saving on my computer as XML files instead of text documents.

I tried to download them, but it launches a browser instead of giving me my HH's in text format to re-import.
Plus, my HH's that are getting downloaded are from days ago, not for today or for the table I request from.

I got a hold of their live support and they can't figure out the problem.

Any suggestions?

make sure they're not in c:\hm2archive.

I tried re-importing all of those files.

No new hands were imported.

Hopefully I can import them at some point.
