Seat 4 hole cards don't show on UB

I started playing on UB again, but at the six max tables, regardless of if I use classic or top view, the seat 4 hole cards never show, neither at showdown/next hand or in alignment mode. I have tried Force Ontop as well.

I always sit in bottom seat, so top is Ace, then 2, then 3. 4 is missing, and then 5 and 6 are there.

I tried playing to be sure 3 is not actually the missing player, but it's not (those are definitely my cards).

Any ideas on what's up? I have the latest version installed.

I have the latest version installed already, as of yesterday. (1.11.06a) Seat 4 still hs problem showing.

1) Close HM and the Table Manager.
2) Delete your existing position files, so HM will rebuild them to default.
3) Delete > \Holdem Manager\Config\pospref2txt and pospref4.txt.
4) Start HM< Auto Import, Open the Table Manager, and open 1 cash table.
5) Use Ctrl Right-Click Drag to move the panels Move the main/first panel for each player first. This is the panel with the Note Icon (asterisk).
6) Once the main panel is in the proper position, you can position any hud sub-panels for each player.
7) Once they are set, go to Table Manager > File > Save Positions.
8) Close that table, open a new one, and sit to play.
