How much time does it take?? Waiting since yesterday..Did I make something wrong??

It depends on game type, hard drive speed, and number of hands, and the structure of the files.

What speed does it say in Hand Importing that they are importing at?

Hi Im talking about HM clound.. there is no speed info.. after 4 days ... 20k hands..PLO..nothing yet..

Thank you for letting us know the problems are now solved. Had they already imported but you hadn't yet picked the hero name from the player select menu?

It should definitely not take that long typically. If you zip the files before you drag them to the import menu/page it will shorten the upload time. Once they are uploaded they get put in a queue. If a lot of customers are uploading/importing hands at the same time you may have to wait some time but it should definitely not take days.
