HUD not working in replayer (observer hands)

Hi,

I'm analyzing the game of different regulars watching hands in the replayer which I'm not a part of. I have a lot of hands of all the regulars but the HUD's are not appearing in the replayer.

Something weird happens: at first all HUD's are visible for a millisecond and then they disappear and it shows me the HUD of player nº1, then that one disappears, it shows me the HUD of the next player and so on until it reaches player nº6 and then it stops, leaving only that HUD visible.

What can i do? I really need to see all the players' HUD to analyze the hands.

What site are these hands from? Do the hands you played in work properly in the replayer? As datamining is against the rules at most/all of the sites we support we can not provide technical support with hands customers didn't actually play in.

From PokerStars. The hands work properly in the replayer.

And come on... To avoid providing technical support for something that should work just because it's against ToS on some rooms is taking the easy way out imo.

If we provided support to help you break the ToS at pokerStars we would run the risk of having our software placed on the banned software list. As such, we can not provide any technical support for observed hands.
