To run HM1 and HM2 at the same time you have to launch HM1 first. Then when you launch HM2 you will get a warning message that will toggle on your HM2 Settings > General Settings Miscellaneous > [x] Allow to run simultaneously with HM1.

ty for that. Managed to get the HUD working in ipoker and fulltilt last night, but this morning it just wont work.I left it importing my hands from HEM1 for 2013 last night and that seemed to work ~700k hands (although it was still saying import in progress this morn but it was finished)
Played on ipoker and full tilt. Tried sngs and mtts but it doesnt seem to be importing. It's showing the table when i look for it, but no hands are being imported. The open tables cant be found on Table Finder. I tried to autodetect folders, but it seems to have picked up everything (if all seemed to come across automatically anyway)
The default HUD 2.0, waiting for hands, is on the open tables but nothing happening.
Not pulling my hair out yet, but it's close!
Make sure the poker client and hand histories are both in English. If it is not, you need to change it in the Lobby Options or reinstall the software and choose English.
Make sure that the Site Time Adjustment is properly configured such that the Time Stamp in the Reports for the hand matches your local windows clock time - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ime+Adjustment

Seem to have HEM2 working ok'ish at the moment. One big problem i'm having with ipoker is that every time i get moved table in an MTT, the HUD fails to reappear. I need to close the table and reopen it from the lobby for it to reappear. Is this a known bug?
We are just investigating this but if i remember right this has also been an issue in HM1 for a long time.

Nah, i've never had that issue before and i've been using HEM1 for a long time and it always finds itself after i've been reseated. If you're mass multitabling, it seems easier if you just close your table and open it up again. Hopefully there's a fix for it soon because some of the lads i've spoken to said it's been an issue for a long time.

I cannot import hands to HM1 from 888poker. HM1 imported only 5% of hands, why is that? i had installed 1.13.02 and it didnt help, so i update to 1.14 but it still doesnt work. What can i do? My friend has HM2 and there everything is fine.
Is this the international 888 site, a different pacific skin, or the new jersey 888 client? One of our testers just tested HM1 on 888 and it works fine for him.

All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HMArchive is likely not in your \Holdem Manager directory. We normally suggest you use C:\HMArchive, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HMArchive\2009\07\31).
*If the new DB seems to work properly, you will want to import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and export/import any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
