Default HM not tracking some tables on Intertops

For some reason my holdem manager isn't tracking all my intertops tables. I will be sitting HU on a 6max table and it will track vs my opponent, but then if that person leaves and someone new sits it's been cutting out and stops tracking. However if the original player is there and the tbale fills up it is fine. I've tried restarting my HUD and Hold Em Manager, the poker client and my computer and nothing seems to work. I even resit the table and that isn't working either. Can you please help? What do I need to do to fix this?

    Thanks

Your computer clock should match your current timestamp in the hands section in active sessions and reports.

if not, open Site setup and make the adjustment.

The formula is Computer clock - Sessions time.

So if your computer clock is January 1 12:00 and your sessions show January 1 5:00, you would add 7 hours.

If your computer clock is behind the Sessions time, you would subtract.

Please send a screenshot of your sessions with computer clock while playing if there is another issue.

Please take and attach a screen shot - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows

For 8/7/Vista, there is a built-in Snipping Tool in Start - Accessories.

    Please follow these steps completely:

We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

    Please update to this version

    http://www.holdemmanager.com/Downloa...AutoUpdate.exe

After downloading, you should right-click the file, go to properties and click unblock. Then, right click the file and run as administrator.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

Where are you not finding them?

The time is set correctly, not sure whats wrong Screenshot 2014-01-29 19.49.27.jpg Here a screen shot showing that the time stamp is right. Everytime I take a break inbetween sessions it stops working on all the tables. It will work on some but won't restart on them all. Very frustrating since I have to stable start alot and get on waitlists and I can be on 5 tables then it cuts out so I have to reboot.
