Can I create an alias based on Autorate rule? All players that meet the rules are joined under an alias?

Alternatively, is there any way to access the autorate reults/icon as a stat in a HM2 report?

No, this is not possible.

This is not possible either. You can see it in the replayer HUD. There aren't many players that show more than 1 player at a time so there is little value in adding it as a stat/column in the reports.
