Grey pop up comes up even other pop up is assigned to stat

Hi

There's a grey pop up with some sort of information in regards to villains stats and the player pool that keeps on popping up when I click my stats in the hud instead of the pop up assigned to the stat I click.

What is this?
How can I get rid of it?

Where is the HUD settings? I can only see HUD options. Same with general settings, can't see that anywhere either in the hud options (if that's the right place). Can't find anything in hud options either that's called HUD designer.

This is incorrect. This popup has nothing to do with note caddy.

Thank you for replying. I found this strange too and since I'm about to use NC it would be bad for me.

Also: hud settings--> general settings--> turn off show auto rate icon notes

I found "Show Auto Rate icon" but not show auto rate icon notes but this was already turned off/ not ticked on. Can you please look into the matter one more time for me?

I did this. The grey pop up still comes up about half the time. The pop up I want to appear when I click on VPIP is this one (which only comes up half the time at once, or I have the click on the grey one (it dissapears) and then click on the stat again to get the right one to appear). Any ideas?

- Please export your HUD's in HUD Options.

- Then delete the prefs file in the config folder in*
8/7/Vista: C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\

XP: C:\Documents and Settings\User_name\Application Data\HoldemManager



- Import your HUD's again.

- Set your seating preferences to match the site's seating preferences.

If there is none:
set it to "none"
Open one table, make sure positions line up.
Click settings on the table HUD on the table, find the HUD name, click Use for all

I've done all this, plus made a clean install of my computer since last time and reinstalled HEM2.

The grey pop up still comes up about 1/3rd of the time when I click a stat. If I make the option so I only have to hover over a stat to have the pop up show, the grey never shows.

So to clarify: this problem only occurs when I have to click a stat to have the pop up come up.

(I would like to use the feature where I have to click the stat btw.. so it's not solved for me this way.

Please help.
