PostgresSQL issues

Hi,

I am using small stakes holdem manager 1 and wanted to install it on a new computer as my old one is no longer in use. However whenever i select it to open it and its loading the following message comes up "The following error occurred when trying to open the database. Failed to establish a connection to 127.0.0.1" It seems to be an issue with the PostgresSQL, i am using version 1.12.10b. I reset the licence and still not working, was wondering if i could get some help. Also is it possible to keep the history from previous computer. I went through the guide but still could not get it working.

Turn on the secondary Logon. The secondary logon service is a standard windows service which is available on every windows computer. In the latest versions it is not started automatically. You need to start it via control panel > administrative tools > services. Starting it once should insure it works in the future also.

Which settings ('history') would you like from your old database?
If you'd like all your handhistories in the new database, run a import from folder on your old archive folder, C:/HMArchive.
