HUD not displaying when I get HU

I have a filter so that when I reach HU it starts a new sample solely for HU, this was working well until recently it has just stopped loading in game and no HUD is displayed.

*I use a singular HUD and not multiple ones.

How can I fix this?

Is this HM1 or HM2?

I am not sure I understand the problem. Are you referring to the HUD Settings > HUD Filters settings? What exactly are the settings you have on this menu?

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager and your prefs.xml file from the \Config folder.
- Please attach your prefs.xml file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager\Co nfig. If your Windows is hiding known file extensions the file will simply be called 'prefs'.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.

despite trying everything suggested I ended up managing to fix the issue by selecting the 'display hero hud' option.
