On which site are you playing?

Have you setup the seating preferences: http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ingPreferences

Make sure HoldemManager has super user administrator privileges: Which Operating System, Firewall, and Anti-Virus are you using?

For W7 and Vista you must set \holdem manager\holdemmanager.exe, hudfuncsapp.exe are started as administrator. Run the windows explorer and navigate to your Holdemmanager2 installation directory. Right click the executables and select properties... then select "Run as admin" from the compatibility tab.

Add exceptions to the windows firewall for those files even if the firewall is turned off. If you have a 3rd party firewall, do the equivalent or uninstall it temporarily.

Run a manual Windows Update and install all updates, including all .net framework updates.

Turn off User Account Control: Turn User Account Control on or off - Microsoft Windows Help

You still haven't said which site you are playing on. Some sites have certain peculiarities that need to be addressed. Is it pokerstars?

Please disable the auto-center option in the pokerstars client as shown in this image - 12.04.2013-10.14.00 - fozzy71's library

*Note: If you have more than 1 pokerstars.xx client installed you need to do the steps above and below for all of the pokerstars.xx clients.

We do not currently support the auto center option at poker stars but it is on our list of things to add support for in the future.

Configure your poker client preferred seating and seating preferences in HM accordingly.

    http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...ng+Preferences

*Note that the Seating Preferences have been moved to the new Site Setup menu - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Setup/VXTxky9K

    1) Open one Table, play at least one hand.
    2) Move the stats with the right mouse key to the correct positions - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...tcuts#movehuds
    3) Now you can open further tables but you will always have to play at least one hand for the stats to be moved to the correct positions.

The easiest way to align the HUD is to use the Arrow Buttons (< >) on the Table Averages HUD to rotate your HUD where it belongs.

If you continue to have problems, try the following -

    1) Export any custom HUD configs.
    2) Open the HM2 > HUD Settings > HUD Designer menu > Click 'Reset' > [x] Panel Positions > OK
    3) Manually reset your Site Setup > Seating Preferences > for your site/seats

Try to reproduce the problem using the default HUD/settings. If it works properly you can try importing your customized HUD again.
