    Default HM upgraded, but problem with changing license key

    Hello guys!

    I upgraded my Small stakes HM to a Pro version, but at my second computer, i cant enter the new license code, because it wont start with the older code, it just asks for activate online etc, but it only tells me time after time that s code (the smallstakes one) is not valid now. Which is ok, but HM is not starting now, to go in and clear and change the cod for the new one.
    How can i solve this problem? Uninstalling and reinstalling necessary? I dont really want to do that as ai have a large database.

    Please update to the latest beta – http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/HmBetaUpdate.exe
    Please give HoldemManager Administrator rights:
    1) Go to C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager (Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
    2) Right click the HoldemManager.exe and choose “Properties”.
    3) Go to the Compatibility Tab and select “Run this program as an Administrator”. If the option is greyed out then this is because you’ve UAC disabled, in which case enable UAC Disable User Account Control (UAC) the Easy Way on Win 7 or Vista - How-To Geek and reboot the PC then do step 3 and then you can disable UAC again if you like.
    4) Do the same for HMHud.exe and DBControlPanel.exe and hmimport.exe

    Next, Enable the option to see Hidden Files and Disable “Hide protected operating system files”: How to see hidden files in Windows - It should look like this: http://rvgsoftware.fileburst.com/images/hidden.jpg
    Delete C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\holdemmanager.exe.ldat (It will be in Program Files (x86) if you have the 64bit version)
    Now Delete C:\ProgramData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic (XP Users can find the file at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\AppData\XHEO INC\SharedLicenses\HoldemManager.lic)
    If that doesn’t work please try this:

    1. Create a new text document in C:\Program Files\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Config folder by right clicking inside the folder on a blank space, choose New from the popup Menu and then choose text document and name it LicDebug with a capital L and D
    2. Open HM and register
    3. Close HM and delete the LicDebug.txt file if it fixes the issue or not
    Check Proxy settings

    Uninstall and Reinstall Holdem Manager

    if that doesn’t fix it Please email me the reg.log file from C:/Program Files/RVGSoftware/HoldemManager/log folder after you’ve tried all those steps, if you were unable to complete any step please let me know. email: support@holdemmanager.com
