Default "PostgreSQL Disk - Low Disk Space" & "Parent Folder - Low Disc Space"

I am running HM 2.0.0.7932, and am getting the 2 notifications "PostgreSQL Disk - Low Disk Space" & "Parent Folder - Low Disc Space". My laptop has 50GB of free space. Please advise what I need to do. These errors appear to have impacted on tonight's torni games on partypoker. I have around 40k of hands.

    Thanks

Do you have only one drive in the computer? 40k hands should not take up much space at all. What does the Home > Database > Database Info tab say for your database? Do you have other HM2 databases? HM1 or PT3/4 databases?

This program will help you find what files are taking up the most space, visually.

First try to vacuum/reindex your database - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...lyze+Database+

Are you using NoteCaddy Premium? If not, you might want to disable it in the HUD Settings > HUD Designer > [ ] Show Caddy Notes and then delete/drop the notecaddy_data table in pgadmin > servers > databases > databasename > schemas > public > tables > notecaddy_data > right-click menu.

    Hi Fozzy,

I only have 1 drive on the computer.

Home > Database > Database Info tab says "contents, Size: 382 MB".

I have now done the vacuum/reindex database but still get the same message.

I am using Notecaddy Premium, so I haven't done the disable.

I have plenty of free space (50 GB) so not worried about space.

    Next steps please?

    thanks

The warning says "Free disk space on drive (C for Database Parent Folder data is less than 20% of total disc space.

I think it was a warning that the space was getting low.

In fact, I'm not sure this actually caused any problems. I will keep an eye on it, and post again if I notice otherwise.

    Sorry!

You don't want it to get under 10%. We start warning at 20 so that you can keep an eye on it. if it fills up, postgres can be corrupted and you can lose your database.
