My hud doesnt appear on zoom tables since the last update from this night.
Hud still works fine on regular tables.
Am i alone with this issue? Could you fix it?

Was this on regular zoom tables or the new HU Zoom tables?
My HUD is not working for HU CAP Zoom recently introduced by Stars. HUD works perfectly fine for all other variants of Zoom, all other games including other new HU Zoom variants, just not HU CAP Zoom - I'm receiving an error msg saying "do not cover this area" both Tableninja and the HUD aren't working, please advise ...

Please reproduce the problem and attach:
- a screen shot of the table/desktop
- a hand history for the table
- a screenshot of the Active Sessions tab and/or Sessions Report that also includes your windows clock and poker client lobby clock in the picture
- Please attach your holdemmanager.config file from C:\Users\YourName\AppData\Roaming\HoldemManager and your prefs.xml file from the \Config folder.

Please zip and email the requested files to hm2support@holdemmanager.com and let us know that you also sent a hud error report.
Zoom HUD not working for me either.
1. My active sessions tab is incorrect and showing the last session I played before reformatting my computer.
2. My Zoom hands aren't being logged in the hand history folder, assuming I'm looking in the correct folder c:HM2Archive/Pokerstars/2013/12/1
*Edit: None of my hands I played today or yesterday on either Zoom or regular tables are showing in my HEM reports. My regular table hand histories however are shown in the HM2Archive

Are you using 7932 or 7947? If you are using 7947 please roll back to 7932 - http://www.holdemmanager.com/downloa...r_2_Update.exe
If you continue to have problems, try the following -
*Try creating a new DataBase - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...m+Manager+2%3F
*Now import a small portion of your \HM2Archive so you can see if the problem exists in the new DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...Hand+Importing
All original hands that are auto-imported get moved to an archive for performance reasons. Your \HM2Archive is in C:\HM2Archive by default, but you may have put it anywhere. The archive should be organized by \Month\DayOfMonth (example: D:\HM2Archive\2009\07\31) or if it was auto-imported with 7283+ it would be in \HM2Archive\SiteName\YYYY\DD\MM.
*If the new DB seems to work properly, it sounds like your database might be corrupt. You will want to restore your most recent backup and/or import the rest of your archives to the new DB, export/import the hands from the old DB to the new DB, and backup/restore any player notes and tourney summaries - and then delete the old DB.
*Make sure you export/backup everything before deleting the old DB - http://hm2faq.holdemmanager.com/ques...r+%28Ribbon%29

Email sent. I also sent a HUD error report.
1. I did not send a hand history because as mentioned in my post, HEM isn't logging any of my new hands.
2. The files I sent are after creating a new database and importing a small part of my database (the ~20 hands I played yesterday). As mentioned, the hands only include the hands I played at the normal tables, not at zoom, since HEM isn't logging my Zoom hands for some reason.
3. Also, my Hero screen name isn't available to select as you will see in the screenshot. Instead, HEM picks some other random player.

And now my HUD is working for both regular and zoom tables, and my hands are being logged.
However, despite selecting the favorite seat in the HUD options, my HUD position still randomly changes, for both zoom and regular tables.
