You can't use the windows programs space usage. It says 108GB all the time, no matter what. I do not know where they get that info. Use WinDIR Stat or Tree Size Free.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem, describe exactly what you were doing, and attach your log.txt file -

    In addition to post 2,

    1) Please close HM

    2) Please open PGAdminIII

It is in the Start -> Postgres folder.

    3) Enter your postgres password. The default password is typically postgrespass.

    4) Open the databases.

    5) Highlight your database.

    6) Right click, click maintenance.

    7) Run the vacuum and analyze and reindex functions.

    Please try again.

    Please duplicate the issue.

Open Control Panel - System - Administrative Tools - Windows Event Viewer's - Windows Logs - Applications.

Check for any errors and send the information by saving the error. They should be right at the top. We need errors, not information.

Please send a log file as well.

Make sure the Settings > Feature Logging options are all unchecked/cleared.

You can safely delete the log_date_time.txt files. This may be partially related to an existing ticket where the 'Max number of log files' setting is not working properly.

Can you send us one of the log files so we can see what is being logged so often and taking the space? When sending any files please zip them (right-click > send to > compressed folder) before attaching them to an email. If the attachment is too big to attach to an email please upload them to a file hosting site like dropbox or filedropper and send us the download link.

If you continue to have problems, please reproduce the problem and attach your log.txt file with a detailed description of what you were doing and what problems you were experiencing. Email this file to hm2support@holdemmanager.com with a link to this thread and your forum name.
