I went back thru my hands and he was at the table for 4 previous hands. and some times stats for 1 player will on not show for a few sceonds then come back. didnt notice his were missing till you asked.

I didnt take a screen shot of my setting before i changed them, but the good and bad news is that changing them back to 2 to 10 and now all there stats are working properly.
Being that i only have been playing 6 max lately its probably not a big deal but i do switch back and forth sometimes between 6max and FR. That would be a great feature to have working Lately its hard at lower stakes to find enough 6 max tables to play at once.

This is a feature i wish would work properly i think i it make a lot of sense for that setting.
    Thanks for the help

    =2 min2 max =2, players =3 to 6 min=3 max=6, players 7 to 10 min=7 max =10 filter
Do you mean you have it set to this? If not, try the setting below:
    2:2-2
    3:3-6
    4:3-6
    5:3-6
    6:3-6
    7:7-10
    8:7-10
    9:7-10
    10:7-10

yes that is exactly how i had it set up. Sorry I should have put it in that format. Once i changed it back to the defauit of all 2 to 10 for all numbers of players now the stats are correct. I changed it back to the below numbers
    settings.JPG
and the problem returned so it must something there in that setting. I changed it back and its working again.

Try reducing the HUD Settings > General Settings > Common Settings > Overhang to 90. If that doesn't help try reducing it to 0.

Please let us know if that helps so we can know if it is related to this issue we recently re-opened that we thought only affected pokerstars:

HM-2492: Overhang setting stops HUD updating

sorry for how long it took to replay to this thread. wanted to mark sure it was correct.
I had to make the overhang to 0 before all the other players stats appeared like they are supposed to. I set the stats to
    2:2-2
    3:3-6
    4:3-6
    5:3-6
    6:3-6
    7:7-10
    8:7-10
    9:7-10
    10:7-10
and they display right now on the different table sizes. I tried it on Juicy Stakes(Cake network) and it works correctly. I switched back to ACR(winning network) and it is correct over there also. not sure why the overhang fixed the stats to display correctly, but it seems to be working now. Thanks

Thank you for letting us know it solved your problems. It helps us when crafting future replies to other customers with similar problems.

We have been researching a few different issues that seem to arise when the Overhang is set above 90 or 100 pixels so this information is very helpful. What was your overhang set to before you reduced it to 0? If it was greater than 100 and you need to be able to overhang the HUDs beyond the table edges you can try using an overhang of 50 - 90 and see if it continues to work without issues.

Good luck at the tables. If you have any questions or problems do not hesitate to ask us.

I had set the overhang to 90 and the problem still was there. I didnt try any steps in between 90 and 0, I just set it to zero as i didnt know what it effected.

I will say just for people using the different number of people at the tables to try changing from the 3: 3 to 3 at 3 people play different at 3 compared to 2 or 4.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide the feedback. Hopefully it will be a help as we try and narrow down the cause of these overhang issues and try to decide if we need to disable the overhang feature temporarily while we work on it or set an upper limit of some sort.
