HM works slowly because of replayer

Hello, i precieved that a few days ago have the nexte problem:

HM2 works correctly, but when i see any hand on the replayer the hm2 comes to works so slowly. Not only the replayer that work worst than a few days ago, in general (reports, settings..) run so slowly

What can i do?

PS: i have Notecaddy importing notes but although the importing was stopped the problem persist

These changes should be available in the next gold beta release. While we do not have an exact date for the release, you will receive a prompt to update once available as long as you have enabled the Settings > Updates > [x] Prompt for Beta Updates.

Same problem here... If I try to use the Replayer then HM2 freezes... Can we do something until you fix it??

Are you also using NoteCaddy?

In the replayer, options--> turn off 'current action highlight'.

Yes I use NC.. I turned it off and it works now.. But do I need to turn it off every time I need to review a hand?? This is a problem as NC needs to restart HM..

In NoteCaddy, how many threads do you have assigned to NoteCaddy?
What sort of CPU do you have?

(and how much RAM, type of harddisk, how large is your database, are you using NoteCaddy badges?) Try only removing the badges from your replayer HUD.

Yes its better now.., I tried another HUD (without badges) just for the replayer as you recommended.. Thanks!!

I use badges but my DB is very small… I use also a 128 SSD.. My pc is not fast but I don’t have a problem while palying...

Can you try this beta update and let me know if it helps your issues with badges in the HUD and current action highlight enabled?

We are in the middle of a complete replayer redesign and are hopeful that the new replayer will not have any of these issues. If the problems with badges are still an issue in the new replayer we will address those issues after the new replayer has been released.
