    Default Hud not working

    Changed my file folders so I could use 2 computers...... worked.

    Now I'm not getting a hud. Upper left I get the "waiting for hands"

    Have my settings in HEM2 as F:\PSHHs + subfolders
    Archive to : F:\HM2Archive\Pokerstars

    In PS's Hand History Options F:\PSHHs
    Keep hands for 30 days.

    We will need the answers to the questions in the thread as well as the log.

    Also, I spoke with Stars security and they confirmed that using dropbox will not show you being in the US.

    That is peculiar as they told me in a few emails that it might. As soon as I stopped with the dropbox I could play. Geeeez

    All this buggering around to play on a freaking laptop.

    I think I know my problem....somehow my external is now a G instead of a F drive? Changed files going to try it.

    Sent PS's email asking about the dropbox issue.

    This is their reply;

    Hello James,

    Your account does not show any recent US log ins which will restrict you to use our services.

    Allow me to explain this in the most simple way I can.

    You cannot use our real money services from US or US territories, as it is currently prohibited.

    If you are abroad the US but you connect from a US IP, you will be restricted to use our RM services.

    Any service which you may use which changes your IP to the US will result in temporary restriction until you switch back to a local IP.

    Services like drop box may redirect you to a US IP address. This will restrict you to use our real money services.

    We hope this explains this situation.

    Ty for looking into this.

    I have since changed back to my dropbox, which now my hud works fine.

    I am able to play, however, last time I used the dropbox I played for a few days before I was stopped by the U.S. soil deal. ????

    I personally do not see how using dropbox can make stars think you are using a US IP but I am not a programmer. We are waiting for feedback from our PS contact to see if he agrees with the email quote you posted or not.
