problem at MICROGAMING

Two days ago my HUD was not working and I saw HM2 was not importing any hand of the actual session.I made the last actualization of HM2 that I had pendant since 15days ago and I saw changes in HM2.With that actualization it started to work properly and I saw microgaming had made some changes(now they dont let us to use hud at any of the anonimous tables).But yesterday I started to play and my HM2 was not working anymore at microgaming(24hpoker).Ill be very gratefull if someone help me to resolve this problem.Thanks.

You mention HM2 in your post but this is the HM1 forum. Which software are you having problems with?

We were asked to stop supporting their Anon tables so we have to respect their request or they could prohibit our software on the rest of their tables. Are you playing anon tables on 24hpoker?

I guess no need to create another thread, HEM1 HUD stops working on microgaming tournaments with the latest internal update. Which means I have to choose which site works with a hud - microgaming or 888.

It is a known issue. We can do a trial for HM2.

Trial for HM2 is cool, but hopefully this issue will get fixed. :P

This is one of the handful of issues we hope to address before we end HM1 support but an official decision by management as to when that might happen and if this issue will be included in the last round of fixes is yet to be made.
