Can't wait guys, you rock!!!!
it looks to me like the leak is the person overplays queens preflop and that is the leak being examined ?
will it look at this leak queens on the flop, turn and river ?
on the flop with the bottom set,, how would that be a leak? that looks to me like a cooler ,,
does leakbuster look for coolers when looking at biggest losses or can it be incorpated ?
All I can say for now is... you'll see.
So far, although it's not completely finished in terms of the programming, it's been quite impressive in initial testing. It's going to find patterns in your play, and what plays are costing you the most (not including coolers).
This sounds like it's going to add a lot to the analytical capabilities of the software. Is the advice going to be based on winning players in HHs like the step 2 stat ranges, or will it be more of a 'you're doing this too much, and it's costing you money' kind of thing?
It's going to be very specific advice based on the situation you're losing money in. It's going to be analyzing the specifics of the hands you have patterns with losing money in. So you'll get advice kind of like this for example:
Calling a flop raise with a pocket pair that isn't at least top pair can become quite costly, especially on coordinated boards. When the flop is coordinated it creates several difficult decisions on later streets because of the scare cards that can hit the board. It's much better to fold early, and avoid these difficult decisions when your equity is marginal at best. This is especially true when you're out of position, as the analysis shows that a majority of your losses in this situation are out of position. When out of position, you need to make firm decisions on these kinds of boards about whether you believe your hand is good or not and either re-raise (move in) on the flop, or call with the intention of moving in on the turn. It shows that you have moved in on the flop at least half of the time or more in these situations, so that's a positive, but your average equity when you did move in was X%, which is on the low side for these hands. Again, look to not get too aggressive in these marginal equity situations unless you are very confident in the read you have of your opponent.
Nice.
Hope this'll be ready relatively soon.
Will this apply to Omaha or just hold 'em?
