HM2 don't import any hand from HMArchive or bought hand histories

Since aprox. 1 week my HM2 don't import any hand from a handhistory files.

I have created a new database and doesn't work.....

It puts...

Files imported: 8779 of 8779
Hands imported: 0

I have checked "Force import of previously imported hands", but nothing..... doesn't work...

I have the last version of HM2.

When I plays, the HUD works well and all hands are imported.

I haven't installed nothing relevant recently....

Could you help me please?

As datamining is against the rules at most/all of the sites we support we can not provide technical support with hands customers didn't actually play in. If you are having problems importing actual played hands you can send them to us via email and we can try to solve those problems - but we can not spend our resources trying to help you break the terms of service at sites we support.

Please zip and email a sample of the problem hand histories from your \HMArchive, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to hm2support@holdemmanager.com
