hello, I have the same problem my notes down the speed to 0 hands per second, could you help me?. You create several databases, I reset the notes, went back to load the package of notes and nothing, the notes start charging at 50 hands per second and slowly lower hands to 0 per second and does not create notes

I would recommend disabling the "REG_3BET_vsLowFold" definition and then reset/reprocess notes. That definition is making calls to the database which might cause problems. ALso, you may want to try unchecking "take notes for hero" in file->settings->note settings.

in my package I have no notes that definition, and I have not checked the option to create notes for the hero... =( =(

this happens with the hands of WPT ( party poker network , datamined hands).

in my new database pokerstars , until now the nottecaddy works normally

NoteCaddy works with hands that party poker creates but data mined hands often times do not match. It is not possible for NoteCaddy to support formats that are not produced by the sites themselves. Furthermore, data mining violates party poker's terms and conditions and making software changes to support this puts NoteCaddy at risk for being banned.

I recommend getting mined hands from someone else or preferably not at all

In case the problem is HHdealer, is likely that the definition about 3bet low can be the problem?

There are HH providers that flood the market with faulty HH. It can be solved by not using the HH from your current provider, or by just using your own hands. NC isn't intended to support datamined HH, let alone one specific HH provider.

If a definition with the name REG_3BET_vsLowFold is in your package you could try disabling that temporally and see if your problem is solved.

It stops at hand nº4347301 or something like that, how can I delete this hh to see if that one is the problem?
