HM1 HUD not working in Pacific Poker and Party Poker

Hi,

my Holdem Manager 1 HUD hasn't been working for couple days in tournaments in Pacific Poker. In Party Poker it hasn't been working for couple weeks when there's only 2-3 tables left in the tournament. It just vanishes or doesn't update the hud.

I have the latest update. I have also tried to use Table Finder but those tables cannot been found there. Table Manager recognizes them, but there's only blanks in the spots where should read "pot", "players" and so on. I took printscreen of the Table Manager. Hand histories are also registering normally to Pacific Poker and in Party Poker.

Any idea what's the problem?

EDIT: Just noticed that this is in the HM2 thread.

You do not have the latest update. Your HM1 window should be 1.13.02 and the Table Finder would be 1.12.10c. They updated their poker client and hand histories.

If you continue to have problems please reproduce the problem and post a screen shot of your desktop - How to Take a Screen Shot in Windows

with the following:

1) The table manager
2) The tables (including one with no stats)
3) The ...handhistory\screenname folder.
4) The "\rvg software\holdem manager\importing\hud data" folder AND the \appdata\roaming\hem data folder.

Please Zip these folders/files and email them, with a link to this thread and your forum name, to support@holdemmanager.com

Please make 3 and 4 the detailed view with the dates and file sizes etc.
